Shipping Options

Our standard shipping method for both custom and stock products is UPS ground, however Expedited and Express services are also available. If you have your own courier account with UPS, FedEx, or Purolator we are happy to utilize that for shipping (please note a $4.50 handling fee will apply). For those with destinations in rural Canada, we can also ship via Canada Post.

Landing Fees

Our products are CUSMA / UMSCA compliant, so the recent tariffs imposed by the United States do not apply to our shipments. Our American clientele can order from us without worrying about having to pay an additional 35% on the goods.

Our products also do not incur duties & taxes when shipped to the United States. With the recent lifting of De Minimus, all shipments entering the United States will incur, at minimum, brokerage fees. Any orders shipping from our Canadian head office to a United States address will have an "UPS Brokerage" line item on their invoice; the amount of which will depend on the value of the goods being shipped. Shipments valued at $1 - $200 USD will incur a $10 brokerage charge. Shipments valued at $201 - $800 USD will have a $20 brokerage fee, and shipments worth over $800 USD will have a $30.50 brokerage fee. This brokerage fee is in addition to shipping charges, and is not a fee rooted in Sticky Business. It is a fee UPS charges specifically to handle shipments crossing the border into the United States that require customs clearance, which now applies to all packages. Our goal here is to provide a hassle-free experience, so we collect the fee during invoicing, and instruct UPS to bill the brokerage to us. This allows United States recipients to receive their package without being unnecessarily held up because of unpaid brokerage fees. Less roadblocks, less fuss.

Those with shipping address' in Canada do not need to worry about any sort of brokerage. For those outside of North America, the receiver would be responsible for any additional landing fees incurred by their shipping destination, as these fees can vary greatly around the world.
