Printed Pouches

The maximum size we can print will depend on your gusset size. What is a gusset, you ask? A gusset is the additional part at the bottom of the pouch that allows it to expand the pouches capacity, adding depth. We max out at 28", but that 28" is made up of the height of both the front and back of the pouch, plus the gusset. For example, we could produce a pouch with a 12.5” height and a 3” gusset (12.5" x 2 + 3" = 28"). For pouches with no gusset we can print up to 14" in height.

We can colour match solid coated Pantone values, or print CMYK with no colour matching. Variable data is something we can accommodate, but due to a the printing process there is a good chance of loss, so as long as you are okay with some gaps in your data, you'll be just fine. If you are looking for a gold, silver, bronze, or other coloured metallic look, we can absolutely accomplish that by printing on our silver metalized poly. Our inks are translucent, not opaque, so any inks printed on the silver take on the metallic look, but coloured! For sections that you don't want to show as metallic, we simply print a white ink backup to block out the metallic effect.

Want to show off your product inside? Done! We can print windows almost anywhere on the pouch, we just need to know what size, what shape, and where. If you opt for a matte or soft-touch matte finish it will give the window a "frosted" look. The matte finish is, however, very handy if you need to write on the package with a fine-tipped sharpie marker.

Safety concerns? No problem! Alternative to our 10mm standard zipper we also have a 20mm child-resistant zipper. You can rest easy knowing the contents of your pouch are kept out of curious hands (and mouths).
